As Senior Agent Manager at Keller Williams Realty, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of real estate agents, ensuring they achieve business growth and sales success. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of real estate agents, providing training, mentorship, and performance guidance.
- Drive sales growth by implementing proven lead generation, conversion, and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with regional leaders and market center directors to ensure strategic alignment.
- Analyze market trends and agent performance data to optimize business strategies.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, workshops, and training seminars to elevate agent productivity.
- Assist agents in developing strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Recruit and onboard top-tier talent to expand Keller Williams’ agent network.
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or agent management.
- Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate tech platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Passion for training, motivating, and empowering agents.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Team Leader, Brokerage Manager, or Sales Director.
- Familiarity with Keller Williams’ models and systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
