As Senior Agent Manager at Keller Williams Realty, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of real estate agents, ensuring they achieve business growth and sales success. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of real estate agents, providing training, mentorship, and performance guidance.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing proven lead generation, conversion, and closing strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and market center directors to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Analyze market trends and agent performance data to optimize business strategies.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, workshops, and training seminars to elevate agent productivity.
  • Assist agents in developing strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Recruit and onboard top-tier talent to expand Keller Williams’ agent network.
  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or agent management.
  • Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate tech platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Passion for training, motivating, and empowering agents.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience as a Real Estate Team Leader, Brokerage Manager, or Sales Director.
  • Familiarity with Keller Williams’ models and systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
